Advance BPA is task-orientated software that uses application data to drive business processes. Each task is triggered by customer-specific parameters and serves to automate or prompt for an action to help identify bottlenecks before they happen.
Email alerts can used to send notificationsof critical events and provide the information required to act accordingly or scheduledKPI reports can be sent to summarise and track work in progress.
Included in a standard implementation of BPA is the selection of up to 10 Tasks from a library of standard tasks and access to the remaining tasks for self-configuration if required later down the track.

The Core tasks available constitute a starting point for BPA functionality. The tasks should cover a good cross section of the key modules within the APS Software Suite to help with information management, data integrity and help streamline processes
within the firm. Each task comes with its own set of email outputs and configuration options.
