Work Items Position Project Rollover

When Project Work Items - existing in the second level or more of the Project hierarchy – are deleted or repositioned, sometimes rolling the project with ‘Project and Template’ option places these Work Items at the bottom of the Project. Rollover is now corrected to relatively position these Work Items to the related templates and levels as possible.

This update requires the script RolloverScript.sql to be run.
