An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2018.6.0 where 2019 TT forms are unable to be lodged. The following error message is displayed:



This is currently under investigation.

In the interim, please follow the below workaround:

- Match the name of the client in APS with the name on the portal. This includes "the trustee for", any spaces, etc.

- Re-enter the name of the trust manually inside the return and save. 

- Lodge the return again.
