An issue has been identified in Reckon APS Tax 2019.0.0 where the Tax Services Console is not working for Client Update forms when adding or removing client relationships.
It has been found that setting any or all or mix of action (Assign/Remove) on any of the below six accounts will not push any account information to Client Update Form.
- Client Account (CA)
- Excise (Duty) Account (EACC)
- Excise (Grants - with GIC) Account (EGACC)
- Excise Equivalent Goods (EEG)
- Integrated Client Account (ICACC)
- Fringe Benefits Tax Account (FBTACC)
This has been established as a bug and will be fixed in a future release.
