An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2019.0.1 where the following SBR error is triggered when creating an Activity Statement. This affects entities with an ABN division number other than 001, i.e 002 , 003 or no division number.
List service completed with errors. Access to the activity statement is not available. Contact the Tax Office.
If there is no ABN and the division number is blank, the following error is triggered:
List service completed with errors. Access to the activity statement is not available. Choose another Branch for the ABN.
This issue has been fixed in 2019.1.0.
