An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2019.1.0 and Reckon APS Tax Manager and Elite Forms 2019.1.0 where the following error is received when retrieving Tax Agent Reports:
Get report service completed with errors. No pending receipt is available for the selected agent.
This issue has been fixed in Reckon APS Tax 2019.3.0. Users will need to resubscribe to Eftrs.
