An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax where the following error message is triggered when lodging some Activity Statements:
CMN.ATO.AS.EM024 Access to the Activity Statemtent is not available. Contact the Tax Office.
- There is no revise option available with the ATO for this client. The ATO is required to issue revised BAS to process the lodgement.
- The ABN Branch Number is missing or incorrect. This issue is frequent in Activity Statements that include PAYG Instalment.
- Please complete or correct the 3 digit ABN Branch Number from the ATO Portal.
- Users will need to contact the ATO to request for option to revise if lodging an ammendment.
