An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2019.1.0 and Reckon APS Tax Manager and Elite Forms 2019.1.0 where Income Tax Client Report is showing some return status as Received while it still shows Not Lodged on the ATO portal.

This issue is be fixed in Reckon APS Tax 2019.1.2. If you are still having issues the following workaround is available:

Please note this fix is only for current year status.

1. Save and extract the DLL file

2. Find and rename the existing DLL files as table above i.e. aTReports.dll to aTReports.dll.OLD

3. Copy, paste, and replace the extracted DLL file on their respective Location as per table above

Testing

1. From Advance Application, go to Tax Agent > Agent Forms

a. Set Tax Year: 2018

b. Manage Request: ITCRPT

2. Lodge the ITCRPT again from Batch Processing

3. Click to Retrieve Pending SBR Reports from Batch Processing if the Date Downloaded is still not present on Agent Forms

4. If there are downloaded report, check Standard Reporting

a. Go to Selector > Tax – ATO

b. Then, Tools > Tax – ATO > ITCRPT

c. The report should either display a report or to the least the following message dialogue – if blank:

d. If a report is displayed, then note the following:

i. A new column before STATUS is present

ii. The Column name is ‘Year’

iii. The report should contain current Financial Year information

iv. The Status for the latest should now be correct.
