When uninstalling Practice Management the following error appears.

Error 1001. An exception occurred while uninstalling. This exception will be ignored and the uninstall will continue. However, the application might not be fully uninstalled after the uninstall is complete. -> Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. -> Cannot delete a subkey tree because the subkey does not exist.

Clicking OK to the error then forces the uninstall to roll backwards and not complete the uninstall process.


Rename the C:\ADV2000 folder to C:\ADV.Run a repair installation of PM.

Then uninstall PM.

A fresh install of Practice Management will now work.

Note: Ensure that you have sufficient memory space on the drive you're installing on.
