An issue has been identified in Reckon APS Tax 2019.2.0 and Reckon APS Tax Manager and Elite Forms 2019.2.0 where the Due Dates are not populating for newly created / rolled over returns in Tax Manager.
This issue has been resolved in 2019.4.0.
Please Note: Once you have upgraded to 2019.4.0 you need to follow the below steps for the population of due dates within the Tax Manager.
1. Request a new ITCRPT report through Tax Agents>Agents Form area.
2. Receive the report from the ATO.
3. Run the report in Standard reporting after receiving the report.
