When started BPA fails to launch, displaying the following error message: 

Launcher module cannot be loaded (0x80070057)


This may be due to bad registry entries.


1. Right click the Client and select to Run as administrator

2. If the above does not resolve the issue proceed with the below steps. 

Go to Codeless Platforms:

1. Close the BPA client

2. Start the Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and navigate to this entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Orbis Software\TaskCentre

3. Rename the keys ID1 and ID2 

4. Restart the client, and it will recreate the keys ID1 and ID2
