Problem

An issue has been identified in Reckon APS Tax 2020.1.0 where the following error is triggered during Prelodge:

CMN.ATO.IITR.EM001213 All Eligible Termination Payment (ETP) details required. Correct issue and resubmit lodgment

Cause

This is caused by the zero Total Taxable Component entered as Employment Termination 

Solution

Please delete the Employee Termination Payment worksheet with zero taxable component.
