An issue has been identified in Reckon APS Tax Manager & Elite forms 2020.2.0 where users are unable to open Individual returns due to the following error:
The problem described in this article has been fixed in Tax Manager and Elite Forms 2020.3.0. If you are in a lower version, please use the workaround below.
Please follow the below steps for a workaround:
- Delete and recreate the return
- Delete the partnership distribution
- Add the partnership distribution manually. Do not complete PARTNERSHIP ABN column.
