Problem

An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2020.2.0 where users are unable to remove an empty rental property from the Rental Property Schedule in some 2020 Individual returns. This causes multiple SBR errors in the return. 

Solution

The problem described in this article is fixed in Reckon APS Tax 2020.4.0 (reference TAX-235).

Workaround

Delete and recreate the return.
