Problem

An issue has been reported in Reckon APS Tax 2020.5.0 where the following errors are triggered in some company tax returns when TFN missing for R&D Schedule Part E Question 3 Aggregated turnover

GM error - Context Construction inside the return, or

Errors during prelodge

Solution

The problem described in this article is under investigation by our development team with reference TAX-656. Please review all future release notes for a fix to this issue. 

Workaround

Fill in a dummy TFN to lodge the return and explain the situation in Other Attachment schedule.
