A blank screen may show when trying to open Web Lodgement


 

Solution

Within your Browser (our example is for Google Chrome), clear your Browsing Data to resolve this issue. 

  1. Click the three dots in the top right corner
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
