A user is trying to open the APS Workspace site and gets the following error:
Something went wrong :)
The User XXX does not exist or is marked inactive in the Workspace. Please sign in with other credentials or contact your admin
Please try again, if the problem keeps coming back, contact your admin and describe what you did when you you encountered this problem.
Please check the credentials being entered are correct.
If this is a new user, please follow the steps in this article: KA-05461.
If the user that has been made inactive, and you now want to re-instate them, please contact the APS support team.
Other scenarios may be that the user is not linked from Office 365 to APS Workspace or the user may be linked, but the account is disabled in Adaxes. Please contact the APS support team to assist.
